What is FrankPass?
FrankPass is a free, open, and stateless password generator. Unlike traditional password managers that store your passwords in a cloud database, FrankPass does not save anything, anywhere, ever.
Instead, it uses advanced mathematics (cryptographic hashing) to calculate your password every time you need it. Think of it like a calculator: if you type 5 × 5, you always get 25. The calculator doesn't "remember" 25 — the math just produces it. FrankPass works the exact same way with your passwords.
This means there is no database to hack, no vault to breach, and no account to lock you out of. You are the only person who controls your security.
Our Mission
The internet has a "mental load" problem. Every website wants a unique, complex password. The average person has over 100 online accounts. Remembering all those passwords is impossible, so most people either:
- Reuse the same simple password everywhere (dangerous), or
- Trust a cloud-based vault to store them (risky if it gets hacked).
In **December 2025**, our founder, Master Manikant Yadav, faced a digital crisis. While managing over 20 Gmail accounts for various YouTube projects, he needed to access a critical, years-old email. But there was a problem: he had completely forgotten the password.
Despite every "forgot password" attempt and recovery flow, he was locked out of his own digital life. That frustration sparked a realization: The world's security is based on a lie. Humans are bad at remembering random strings, but we are excellent at remembering patterns.
FrankPass was born that night — not as another "vault," but as a way to provide Mathematical Certainty. You don't need to save anything. You just need to remember one pattern.
The Zero-Knowledge Promise
We don't want your data. In fact, we have built FrankPass so that it is impossible for us to have it:
- No databases — We have zero servers storing any user information.
- No user accounts — You never sign up or log in.
- No cloud syncing — Everything happens locally in your browser.
- No tracking or analytics — We don't know who you are or what you do.
Your passwords are generated on your device and destroyed the moment you close the tab. You are the only person in the world who has the key to your digital life.

Here is our promise: The FrankPass website and web app will always remain 100% free, forever. Security should be a human right, not a subscription service.
